Yes - if your forum is set to anonymous - you can trust that your participants' identities will always be kept secret, technically and contractually.
All anonymous comments are de-identified, and Plaetos does not report anything that could identify a participant. For example, we don’t report on small sample sizes, such as what women say in a location where the number of women is very low.
There is only one senior employee role authorized to re-identify participants, and their contract ensures they will only do this under the direction of the CEO, when compelled. There are only two circumstances in which we are compelled to connect an individual identity to comments, and that is:
1. When Hosts believe there is a risk of personal harm, or
2. When ordered to by a court.
